Dr. Jennifer Brotz joined Eastern Shore Dental Care in July 2018 and proudly became an owner of the practice in 2023. Originally from Cherry Hill, NJ, she graduated as valedictorian from the Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. During her time in dental school, she was elected Vice President of her class, actively participated in the Public Health Club and Honors Oral Surgery Society, held a position on the Honor Board, and completed a mission trip to Jamaica to help those with limited access to dental care. Dr. Brotz completed her general practice residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. She currently resides in Odenton, MD, with her husband, their labradoodle, Jeter, and their newest addition, welcoming baby Graham!
Dr. Alyssa Wolfe joined Eastern Shore Dental Care in July 2020 and became an owner in 2023. A native Marylander, she was born and raised outside of Annapolis. She completed her undergraduate degree at Towson University and graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. During her time in dental school, she was an active participant in the American Association of Women Dentists. Dr. Wolfe completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry at East Carolina School of Dental Medicine and is a proud member of the American Dental Association (ADA) as well as Power of 100 Chesapeake. She currently resides in Arnold, MD, and enjoys traveling, boating, hiking, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Olley.
Dr. Eric Fooksman joined Eastern Shore Dental Care in June 2021 and became an owner in 2023. A native of Maryland, he grew up in Columbia and earned his undergraduate degree at Salisbury University. While attending the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, he actively participated on the class council and joined the Psi Omega fraternity. After graduating, Dr. Fooksman completed a fellowship at the VA Medical Center in Oral Medicine and General Dentistry. Currently residing in Odenton with his wife and their two children, Dr. Fooksman cherishes family time and enjoys creating lasting memories with them. He loves being part of a large extended family and appreciates the joy of outdoor activities. In his spare time, he enjoys playing softball, and striving for that elusive “perfect game” in bowling.
Dr. Megan Dixson joined Eastern Shore Dental Care in May of 2022. Originally from Alaska, she grew up in Washington State and obtained her undergraduate degree at University of Washington Seattle. After her undergrad, she went to University of Maryland School of Dentistry. After graduation, she did a residency in York, PA. Dr. Dixson currently resides in Arnold with her husband and step son. In their free time, they enjoy playing board games, hiking, traveling, and cooking together as a family.
Dr. Cameron Onken joined the Eastern Shore Dental Care team in July 2025. A native of Lafayette, Indiana, she made her way to the East Coast on a basketball scholarship to Villanova University, where she earned her undergraduate degree. She went on to attend the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, graduating at the top of her class with High Distinction.
During dental school, Dr. Onken was actively involved in community outreach, volunteering at free clinics to provide care to underserved populations in Lexington. She further advanced her training through a General Practice Residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, where she received comprehensive experience in surgical extractions, implant dentistry, and the treatment of medically complex patients.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Onken enjoys walking, biking, discovering new coffee shops, and spending time in Ocean City, MD. She looks forward to becoming a part of the Eastern Shore community and building lasting relationships with her patients.
Dr. Farag has practiced in several states, most recently in the Chicago area, where he provided comprehensive dental care with a focus on restorative dentistry, crown and bridge work, root canal therapy, implant restorations, and surgical procedures. He recently relocated to Maryland and is excited to serve patients on the Eastern Shore.
Committed to lifelong learning and clinical excellence, Dr. Farag enjoys combining the latest dental technology with a conservative, evidence-based approach to treatment. He is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, functional, and confident smiles while ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their care.
Outside the office, Dr. Farag enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, staying active, spending time with his wife, Marina, and serving his church community
