Appointments

All patients are seen by appointment. A photo ID will be required at every visit. Courtesy reminder calls are made 24-48 hours prior to the appointment.

We prioritize your dental health and dedicate specific time to ensure optimal dental health for your care. Due to high demand, we kindly ask that you honor your scheduled appointment. Please understand that rescheduling requests may be challenging to accommodate, as our schedule typically books months in advance. If any changes are needed, we appreciate your prompt notification so we may accommodate others in need of care.

Preparing for your Appointment

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time

Make sure you bring the following with you:

  • Photo ID
  • Insurance Card(s)
  • Medication List or Bottles

Insurance

We are in-network with most major insurances but it is always best to double check with your insurance provider to ensure that your visits will be covered. You can contact them by calling the member services number on your insurance card.

No Insurance? No Problem. Enroll in our Membership Discount Program today!

Payments

You will be responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, and non-covered items as indicated by your insurance plan. If you have specific questions concerning your benefits, please call the member services phone number on your insurance card.

We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule your appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all patients, we kindly request at least 48 hours advance notice for rescheduling. Please note that a cancellation fee may apply for appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain our schedule to provide the best care for you and all our patients.

If 48 hours advanced notice is not given, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
