Phoebe Blaber, RDH

Phoebe joined the Eastern Shore Dental Care hygiene team in 2025. Born and raised on Kent Island, she graduated from Allegany College of Maryland in 2023, where she served as Vice President of her class and received both the Colgate Star Award and the Outstanding Clinician Award. Phoebe is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their smiles while providing a positive, comfortable experience. Outside of the office, she enjoys watching reality TV, participating in her book club, golfing, working out, and walking along the Kent Island Trail.
